Terms of Service & License

Last updated: July 15, 2026 · Aimgonna Inc.

1. Who we are

slow-blink (the "App") is developed and sold by Aimgonna Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company", "we"). Contact: info@aimgonna.com.
Address: Aimgonna Inc., 1401 21st St, Ste R, Sacramento, CA 95811, United States.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Macs that you own or control. The App and all characters, artwork, and code remain the property of the Company.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or modify the App, or extract its artwork for use outside the App, except where applicable law permits.

3. Purchases

4. Not medical advice

The App is a wellness reminder, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or eye condition, and blink detection is not guaranteed to be accurate in all conditions. If you have eye discomfort or a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional.

5. Privacy

Camera video is processed entirely on your device and never transmitted. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or affects the statutory rights of consumers in their country of residence.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (in-app: Settings → account → Delete account). We may terminate the license if you materially breach these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always applies and is dated above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules — except that if you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
